The technician performs routine servicing such as oil changes, brake inspections, and general maintenance, while also using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve advanced problems. In addition to technical work, a Senior Technician supports and guides junior technicians, ensures proper use of tools and workshop practices, and maintains accurate job records. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to follow safety and service standards. Candidates typically have 3–6 years of experience in two-wheeler servicing, with a qualification of 10th, ITI, or Diploma, and basic knowledge of electric vehicles is an added advantage.
