🔩 Aapki Responsibilities

✅ EV Repair & Maintenance:

• EVs ka servicing, repair aur maintenance kaam assigned guidelines ke according karna.

• Har kaam accuracy aur efficiency se complete karna.

✅ Technical Skills & Growth:

• EV technology ke naye trends ke saath updated rehna.

• Apni technical knowledge ko upgrade karte rehna.

✅ Safety & Compliance:

• Workshop safety protocols aur industry standards ko strictly follow karna.

• Tools aur equipment ka safe usage ensure karna.

✅ Team & Customer Interaction:

• Senior technicians aur workshop team ke saath coordination maintain karna.

• Customers ko repair aur servicing details clearly samjhana.

✅ Reporting & Documentation:

• Repair aur maintenance work ka accurate record maintain karna.

• Job cards, parts usage aur service reports time pe update karna.

🎓 Aapke Skills & Qualifications

📚 Education:

• High School Diploma ya equivalent.

• Automotive technology ya EV-related vocational training preferred.

🔧 Experience:

• EV repair ya similar automotive field ka experience ho toh better!

📌 Must-Have Skills:
✔ EV components aur systems ka accha knowledge
✔ Problem-solving aur troubleshooting skills
✔ Team ke saath coordination aur communication strong
✔ Detail-oriented aur disciplined approach

• Team ke saath coordination mein rahein aur customers ko repair details samjhaayein.

• Accurate records maintain karein – job cards, parts, aur service reports.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Automotive ya EV-related training preferred).

• EV repair ya automotive field ka experience ho toh accha.

• EV systems ka accha knowledge, troubleshooting skills, aur team work.

Environment:

• Cutting-edge EV technology ke saath workshop mein kaam.

• PPE pehna zaroori hai – safety pe compromise nahi.
