Key Responsibilities

• Run advanced diagnostic checks on electric vehicle subsystems (battery, motor, controller, wiring, and sensors).

• Perform routine maintenance, part replacements, and general vehicle servicing.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and software diagnostic tools.

• Coordinate with central technical teams for complex, escalated technical issues.

• Maintain clean workshop safety standards and complete accurate service logs.

• Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections and support customer service camps. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: ITI, Diploma, or engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in two-wheeler service; prior electric vehicle (EV) experience is strongly preferred over internal combustion engine (ICE) backgrounds.

• Skills: Strong electrical troubleshooting ability, familiarity with diagnostic hardware, and basic customer handling skills
