• Head Mechanic: 5+ years of experience, ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

• Mechanic Helper: fresher, 10th / 12th / ITI, ₹12,000 – ₹15,000

Kaam kya hoga (what the work involves):

• Scooter ki service, repair aur electrical kaam (service, repair and electrical work on scooters)

• Gaadi ki problem check karke fault pakadna (check each scooter and find the fault)

• Head mechanic: workshop lead karna aur team ko kaam dena (lead the workshop and assign work to the team)

• Helper: senior ki madad, washing, cleaning aur basic checks (assist the senior, do washing, cleaning and basic checks)

• Har gaadi time pe aur sahi quality mein deliver karna (deliver every vehicle on time and to the right quality)
  
  Requirements:

  • Head mechanic: Hero, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Ola ya Ather service centre ka experience (experience at a Hero, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Ola or Ather service centre)

  • Electrical aur wiring ki samajh ho toh preference (understanding of electricals and wiring is preferred)

  • ITI (MMV / Two Wheeler / Electrician) walon ko preference (ITI candidates in MMV, Two Wheeler or Electrician trade are preferred)

  • Mehnati, imaandaar aur time ka pakka (hardworking, honest and punctual)
