Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Compile and maintain the list of eligible salespersons for trips and travel reward programs.
Identify and verify salespersons meeting eligibility criteria, ensuring accuracy and fairness in selection.
Arrange conveyance and travel logistics for company employees and leadership.
Coordinate transportation logistics ensuring timely and efficient travel arrangements. Maintain communication with third‑party travel planners and vendors.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and third‑party travel planner.
Resolve discrepancies or operational issues related to travel arrangements.
Address and resolve employee queries regarding trips, travel, and transportation. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to employees and stakeholders. Communicate eligibility updates and travel-related information to leadership.
Share periodic updates and reports regarding planned trips and travel rewards. Ensure smooth execution of travel plans, itineraries, and group movements.
Maintain records related to travel bookings, eligibility lists, and travel expenses.
