Sales & Promotion: Sell travel packages, meet sales targets, and use promotional techniques.
Operations: Manage daily operations, maintain records, handle budgets, and stay updated on travel trends and regulations.
Compliance: Ensure arrangements meet company policies and client requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Skills: Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, organization, time management, and proficiency in travel booking systems (like Amadeus, Sabre).
Knowledge: Destinations, cultures, customs, travel advisories, and industry trends.
Experience: Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is often required.
