Initiate outbound calls to resident data leads and qualify interest
• Present services clearly and effectively to prospects
• Set up high-quality meetings for the leadership team
• Maintain and update presales MIS (calls made, meetings booked, outcomes)
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
• Coordinate closely with leadership on daily targets and feedback
• Assist in refining call scripts and objection handling based on real-time feedback
