Job Summary:
Responsible for building and managing a manpower pipeline through field sourcing, campus engagement, and outreach to students and workers, including part-time candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a steady manpower pipeline
Conduct field sourcing and organize hiring drives
Partner with colleges, schools, and institutes for campus placements
Engage students for part-time job opportunities
Manage candidate flow from sourcing to onboarding
Run marketing initiatives such as canopy placements, pamplet distributions etc.
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred)
1–3 years in field recruitment/sourcing
Strong communication and networking skills
Willingness to travel for fieldwork
