About the Role

We are looking for a confident, creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer who can take ownership of our Instagram and Facebook presence and help us grow our business through content marketing.

This is not a desk-only social media posting job.

We want someone who is comfortable being on camera, creating Reels, showcasing products, understanding what makes people buy and turning social media content into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging Instagram Reels and Facebook content featuring our products.

• Be comfortable appearing on camera and demonstrating/explaining products.

• Plan and execute creative product videos, demonstrations, tutorials, trends and promotional content.

• Write engaging captions, hooks CTAs and promotional copy.

• Create Instagram Stories regularly to keep the audience engaged.

• Develop content around festivals, new product launches, offers and trending topics.

Social Media Management

• Manage our Instagram and Facebook profiles on a daily basis.

• Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar.

• Schedule and publish posts, Reels and Stories.

• Respond to relevant comments and messages professionally.

• Monitor trends, competitors and relevant content in the baking/chocolate/cake-decoration industry.

• Maintain a consistent brand image across social media platforms.

Sales & Marketing

• Use content to generate website visits, enquiries and sales.

• Promote offers, new products, bestsellers and seasonal products effectively.

• Work with the team to test different content formats, hooks, offers and CTAs.

Performance Tracking

• Track important metrics such as:

  • Reach

  • Views

  • Engagement

  • Profile visits

  • Link clicks

  • Enquiries

  • Leads

  • Sales generated

• Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Identify what is working and what is not, and adjust the content strategy accordingly.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

• Be confident and natural in front of the camera.

• Have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Have a good understanding of Instagram and Facebook.

• Know how to create engaging Reels.

• Understand social media trends and how to adapt them for a business.

• Have a basic understanding of content marketing and sales psychology.

• Be creative and proactive rather than waiting for instructions.

• Be comfortable experimenting with new content ideas.

• Have a strong sense of what makes content clickable, watchable and shareable.

• Be able to understand basic social media analytics.

• Take ownership of results.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

• Instagram Reels

• Facebook

• Meta Business Suite

• Canva

• CapCut / VN / InShot or similar editing apps

• Basic photography and videography

• Meta Ads Manager

• Shopify or e-commerce marketing

• WhatsApp marketing

• Google Analytics / basic website analytics

• Most Important

We are not looking only for someone who can make pretty Reels.

We want someone who can answer:

“How will this content help the business grow?”

You should be comfortable looking at results, learning from them and changing your approach when something isn't working.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Strong spoken Hindi and English.

• Comfortable appearing on camera.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Must be willing to work from office.

• Must be available Monday to Sunday.

• Must be able to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Candidates with experience in e-commerce, food, baking, chocolate, cake-decoration or retail businesses will be preferred.

Salary

₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and performance.
