We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for creating engaging content, and the ability to produce compelling videos.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and execute social media marketing activities across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.

·       Develop marketing strategies for drawing out sales through social media & other platforms.

·       Create and edit engaging video content for social media, tailored to various platforms.

·       Develop and schedule posts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

·       Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

·       Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand messaging.

·       Plan & execute workshops & gardening events at the office location.

Qualifications:

·       Fresher to 6 months year of experience in social media marketing.

·       Proven experience in creating and editing videos.

·       Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

·       Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

·       Keen interest in plants & greenery.
