About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator who can independently handle the complete content process.

The ideal candidate should understand Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media trends and real estate content, and be able to turn ideas into engaging videos from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Suggest and develop regular social media content ideas for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.

• Create hooks, concepts and scripts based on current trends.

• Shoot property videos, flat walkthroughs, cinematic videos, Reels, Shorts and promotional content.

• Shoot office/in-house informative, educational and trending content.

• Handle iPhone, Gimbal, lighting, framing, composition and basic color grading.

• Understand scripts and plan the right shots, angles, sequences and visuals.

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.

• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, music and basic motion graphics.

• Create YouTube thumbnails and basic social media creatives.

• Handle basic Green Screen / Chroma Key shooting and editing.

• Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube and social media trends and suggest new content formats.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media content creation

• Good shooting + editing skills

• Ability to create content ideas, hooks and scripts

• Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and trending formats

• Creative eye for camera angles, framing and storytelling

• Ability to independently manage Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit

• Strong communication and willingness to learn
