We are looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, elevate our brand identity, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and boost engagement. The ideal candidate must be creative, organized, and have an in-depth understanding of social media trends—especially in the events and entertainment industry.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions, graphics, etc.).
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, growth, and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative, photography, and event teams to gather content during events.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithms.
Run paid ad campaigns when needed to boost reach and conversions.
Manage brand identity and ensure consistent styling, tone, and messaging.
Oversee influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and trending formats.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to shoot and edit basic photos/videos (mobile-friendly content creation).
Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of event industry trends is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (optional but preferred).
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Understanding of paid media strategies.
