Marketing Executive
Role Overview We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to build and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, stays on top of social media trends, and can turn ideas into engaging, high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
● Organize and manage brand events, pop-ups, and community activations
● Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners
● Manage day-to-day social media operations (posting, DMs, community engagement)
● Collaborate with influencers and manage partnerships end-to-end
● Plan and create engaging content (posts, reels, videos) aligned with trends
● Develop and execute strategies to grow social media presence and engagement
● Generate fresh, creative ideas for content and campaigns
● Track campaign performance, influencer deliverables, and key metrics
● Analyze performance and optimize content strategy
● Stay updated on beauty, cultural, and digital trends
Requirements ● 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content roles (strong freshers with portfolio can apply)
● Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends
● Hands-on experience with content creation (reels, videos, posts)
● Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
● Comfortable being on camera and creating content when required
● Strong creative thinking and ability to generate unique ideas
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
● Interest in beauty, culture, and digital trends
● Understanding of content hooks, trends, and what drives engagement/virality
