The role involves managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and increasing conversions. The candidate will handle audience targeting, keyword research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. They will track performance using analytics tools, create reports, and manage budgets efficiently. Collaboration with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages is required. Strong analytical skills, hands-on ads experience, and knowledge of tracking pixels and conversions are essential. Experience in e-commerce or lead generation is preferred.
