Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube).

• Create and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and short videos showcasing interior design projects.

• Develop monthly content calendars and execute social media campaigns.

• Capture site visits, project progress, before-and-after transformations, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Write engaging captions, select relevant hashtags, and optimize posts for maximum reach.

• Coordinate with the design team to collect project photos, videos, and updates.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor social media performance, prepare monthly analytics reports, and suggest improvement strategies.

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and interior design industry trends.

• Assist in planning promotional campaigns, festive offers, and brand collaborations.

• Work with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality visual content.

• Generate qualified leads through social media and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar editing tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
