Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram & Facebook.
•Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns.

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.

• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.

• Capture photos and videos for social media content when required.

• Design graphics and edit short-form videos using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Track social media performance and prepare weekly or monthly analytics reports.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas.

• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing personal or business social media accounts.

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
