Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with dermatologists, clinics, and aesthetic centers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
• Conduct product presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and production team for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and conversion reports.
Social Media Management
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Manage brand image, storytelling, and online reputation.
• Collaborate with designers to create engaging visual content (photos, reels, testimonials, etc.).
• Track analytics, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
• Engage with followers and respond to customer inquiries online.
• Stay updated with trends in skincare, aesthetics, and digital marketing.
