We are looking for a social media handling to join our team at skylite solutions to manage our social media platform , interact with customers during live sessions the ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills , be comfortable on camera for online live streaming work chat and calls via live streaming .The role offers ₹25,000 - ₹55,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6 months of experience. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
