Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall social media strategy

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn

• Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns

• Lead creation of Reels, videos, posts and stories

• Track social media trends, viral content and hashtags

• Manage influencer collaborations and brand campaigns

• Coordinate with content creators, designers and video editors

• Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and performance

• Analyse insights and prepare social media reports

• Maintain consistent brand image and communication

• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for brand growth

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn

• Experience in content strategy, Reels and influencer marketing

• Strong understanding of social media analytics and trends

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience in Beauty, Salon, Fashion, Lifestyle or FMCG will be an advantage

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
