Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Executive who can develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our website's search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, stay updated with the latest SEO trends, and have advanced WordPress expertise to manage and optimize website content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Optimize website pages, blog content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.

• Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues.

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.

• Build high-quality backlinks using ethical (white-hat) SEO techniques.

• Collaborate with content writers and the marketing team to create SEO-friendly content.

• Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversions, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.

• Improve website speed, user experience, and Core Web Vitals for better search performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.

• Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console.

• Experience in keyword research, backlink building, and technical SEO.

• Must have advanced WordPress skills, including website management, plugin configuration, SEO optimization (Yoast SEO/Rank Math), page creation, blog publishing, website updates, and performance optimization.

• Ability to optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and page speed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Google Ads and basic PPC campaigns.

• Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.

• Understanding of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
