Key Responsibilities:

On-Page & Off-Page SEO

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client websites.

• Handle end-to-end On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.

• Optimise website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, URLs and content structure.

• Build and execute high-quality link-building and digital PR strategies.

• Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, traffic and conversions.

• Track and report keyword rankings and SEO performance.

• Demonstrate a proven track record of ranking competitive keywords.
  
  

GEO & AI Search Optimisation

• Develop strategies for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI search visibility.

• Work towards improving brand and client visibility across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.

• Understand how AI platforms discover, interpret and cite information.

• Optimise website content and off-site presence for AI-driven search and answer engines.

• Monitor brand mentions, citations and visibility across AI search platforms.
  
  

Technical SEO & Website Management

• Perform technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting crawling, indexing, rankings and user experience.

• Manage WordPress websites and make required front-end and back-end changes.

• Update website content, pages, metadata, internal links and other SEO elements.

• Troubleshoot basic WordPress front-end and back-end issues.

• Work on website migrations, redirects, URL mapping and migration SEO.

• Have working knowledge of Shopify SEO and website management.

• Identify and implement techniques to improve website loading speed, Core Web Vitals and overall performance.

• Work with developers and designers to resolve technical SEO and website issues.
  
  

Google & Local SEO

• Set up and manage Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Monitor organic traffic, search queries, indexing, technical issues and website performance.

• Manage Google Business Profiles (GMB) for multiple locations.

• Optimise GMB profiles for local search visibility.

• Manage and improve GMB reviews and ratings.

• Develop local SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings in target locations.
  
  

ORM & Community Management

• Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities for clients.

• Monitor and manage reviews across Google, Play Store and App Store.

• Develop strategies to improve online reputation and brand sentiment.

• Manage brand presence and content distribution across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Medium and WhatsApp Channels.

• Identify relevant communities and platforms for brand visibility, engagement and authority building.

• Monitor brand mentions and discussions across relevant online platforms.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Strong knowledge of both On-Page and Off-Page SEO.

• Proven experience in ranking competitive keywords and delivering measurable organic growth.

• Practical understanding of Technical SEO.

• Working knowledge of GEO / AI Search Optimisation.

• Experience improving brand visibility on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or similar AI platforms.

• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent and competitor analysis.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress and basic website management.

• Knowledge of Shopify is an added advantage.

• Understanding of website migration, redirects and technical implementation.

• Knowledge of website speed optimisation and Core Web Vitals.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile.

• Experience managing GMB/Google reviews, Play Store and App Store reviews.

• Understanding of ORM and online reputation management.

• Experience with Reddit, Quora, Medium and other community platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects and client requirements.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with content, development, design and performance marketing teams.
