SEO Executive

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive / Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in SEO, website management, ORM, and digital content optimization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing WordPress websites, technical SEO, server/hosting management, and online reputation management activities across platforms like Google Reviews, Reddit, Quora, and other community platforms.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and capable of independently handling end-to-end SEO and website-related activities.


Key Responsibilities:

SEO Activities

• Perform complete On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.

• Optimize website content, metadata, schema, internal linking, and page structure.

• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and crawl issues.

• Create and execute backlink-building strategies.

• Manage Local SEO activities including Google Business Profile optimization.

• Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for AI search visibility.

• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and website performance.

• Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance analysis.
  

Website & WordPress Management

• Manage and update WordPress websites regularly.

• Handle website content uploads, landing page creation, and blog publishing.

• Coordinate with developers for technical fixes and implementations.

• Manage plugins, themes, redirects, SSL, sitemap, robots.txt, and website security basics.

• Ensure website responsiveness and proper mobile optimization.

Technical / Hosting / Server Knowledge

• Basic understanding of hosting panels such as cPanel, Plesk, or similar.

• Knowledge of domain management, DNS records, hosting configurations, and server-side basics.

• Handle website migrations, backups, downtime monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with hosting providers for technical support and issue resolution.
  

ORM (Online Reputation Management)

• Monitor brand reputation across Google, social media, Reddit, Quora, and review platforms.

• Check, manage, and coordinate publishing of Google Reviews.

• Track negative mentions and assist in reputation improvement strategies.

• Work on review generation and reputation-building activities.
  

Reddit & Community Strategy

• Understanding of Reddit marketing and community engagement strategies.

• Identify relevant subreddits and opportunities for organic brand discussions.

• Plan subtle community engagement strategies without promotional spamming.

• Experience with Quora and forum engagement is an added advantage.
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and website structure.

• Understanding of hosting/server environments and DNS management.

• Experience in ORM and review management.

• Knowledge of Reddit, Quora, and community-based marketing platforms.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Media, or related field.

• Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are a plus.

• Agency experience preferred.
  

Bonus Skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Familiarity with AI SEO tools and content optimization platforms.

• Experience in luxury, automotive, travel, or D2C brands is an advantage.
