RealVibe Digital Media is a performance marketing agency based in Gurugram, specializing in real estate digital advertising. We run high-volume lead generation campaigns for leading real estate developers and channel partners across Delhi NCR—covering strategy, creative, media buying, and analytics end to end.

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO specialist who can own both organic search (SEO) and paid search (SEM) for our clients. You will work on live real estate projects with real budgets—driving rankings, qualified traffic, and leads. This is a hands-on execution role, not a shadowing position.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategy for client websites and project microsites

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping

• Handle on-page optimisation: meta tags, content structure, internal linking, schema markup

• Run technical SEO audits: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site speed

• Manage local SEO — Google Business Profile optimisation for project locations

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)

• Manage keyword match types, negative keyword lists, bid strategies, and quality scores

• Optimise landing pages for lead generation and conversion

• Track and report performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio

• Coordinate with content, design, and media buying teams on integrated campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM (both are essential)

• Working knowledge of Google Ads: campaign structure, ad copy, extensions, bidding

• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

• Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking

• Ability to present performance in clear, client-ready reports

Bonus Points

• Experience in real estate or property marketing (strong plus)

• Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications

• WordPress and basic landing page editing skills

• Familiarity with the NCR real estate market
