This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience who wants to develop practical skills in SEO, website management, content marketing, social media and online lead generation.

The selected candidate will work closely with the team to improve website visibility, publish and optimize content, manage WordPress websites and support digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Search Marketing

• Conduct keyword research based on business and search intent.

• Perform basic on-page SEO for website pages and blogs.

• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings and URLs.

• Implement internal linking and basic content optimization.

• Assist with off-page SEO and ethical link-building activities.

• Monitor keyword rankings and organic website traffic.

• Identify basic SEO errors and coordinate their resolution.

• Assist with local SEO activities and Google Business Profile optimization.

• Research competitors and identify relevant SEO opportunities.

• Stay updated with current SEO and AI-search developments.

WordPress Website Management

• Create, edit and update pages on WordPress websites.

• Publish and format blogs and website content.

• Work with Elementor or similar WordPress page builders.

• Upload images, banners and other website content.

• Manage basic WordPress plugins and website settings.

• Update menus, internal links and page layouts.

• Check websites for broken links and basic technical issues.

• Assist with mobile responsiveness and website performance improvements.

Digital Marketing

• Support day-to-day digital marketing activities.

• Manage and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

• Assist in creating social media posts and marketing campaigns.

• Support Google Business Profile posts and updates.

• Assist with online lead-generation activities.

• Track basic website, social media and campaign performance.

• Prepare simple weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.

Content Marketing

• Research and suggest topics for blogs and website pages.

• Write or assist in writing SEO-friendly content.

• Optimize existing content based on target keywords.

• Create content ideas for social media and digital campaigns.

• Ensure website content is informative, relevant and search-friendly.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing.

• Basic knowledge of WordPress website management.

• Familiarity with Elementor will be an advantage.

• Understanding of keyword research and on-page SEO.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

• Good computer and internet skills.

• Ability to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and willing to take responsibility.
