We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our team Upthrive Digital Marketing to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 and growth opportunities in the field. Our work spans SEO, content marketing, paid media, and AI-led growth strategies. We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can take ownership of organic growth and drive measurable impact.
Role Overview
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving search visibility, increasing organic traffic, and driving qualified leads. You’ll work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to execute end-to-end SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research aligned with business and search intent
Perform on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, internal linking, content structure)
Execute technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexing)
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (link building, outreach)
Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools
Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content
Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends
Clients communication and clients handling
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
Knowledge of keyword research, SERP analysis, and content optimization
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
Experience with international SEO
Knowledge of AI tools for SEO (ChatGPT, Surfer, etc.)
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
Understanding of Core Web Vitals
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
