SEO Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven SEO Executive to join our team at Matebiz Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and implementing effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. The role also includes content optimization, third-party content submission, and performance tracking to enhance online visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform On-Page SEO activities including meta tags optimization, heading structure, URL optimization, image optimization, internal linking, schema implementation, and content optimization

• Execute Off-Page SEO strategies such as backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions, social bookmarking, profile creation, article submission, and third-party content generation/submission

• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research using SEO tools

• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies, backlinks, keywords, and website performance to improve rankings

• Manage and optimize website content according to SEO guidelines and search engine algorithms

• Work on technical SEO tasks including website audit, crawl error fixing, sitemap management, robots.txt optimization, page speed improvement, and mobile optimization

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Uber suggest, Screaming Frog, and AI tools for SEO analysis and reporting

• Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and generate SEO performance reports

• Coordinate with content writers and developers for SEO-friendly website updates

• Create and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and third-party platforms to improve domain authority and traffic

• Handle social media optimization activities for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to support SEO and branding efforts

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing practices

Job Requirements:

• Basic understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO

• Knowledge of keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor research

• Familiarity with SEO and AI tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, ChatGPT, etc.

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is a plus
