About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead our organic growth strategy in a rapidly changing digital landscape. You will not just be optimizing for traditional Google blue links—you will be at the forefront of the new era of search. Your goal is to drive visibility across traditional search engines, Google’s AI Overviews (AIO), Answer Engines (AEO), and Generative AI platforms (GEO). If you understand how Large Language Models (LLMs) crawl, index, and cite content, this role is for you.

Next-Gen Search Optimization (AIO, AEO & GEO)

• AI Overview Optimization (AIO): Optimize page structures and content to secure visibility within Google's AI Overviews and top-of-page summary boxes.

• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Apply an "answer-first" content structure to trigger featured snippets, voice search results, and direct answers in AI chatbots.

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Build strong trust signals, E-E-A-T credentials, and brand mentions so AI platforms (like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) cite us as an authoritative source.

• Entity-Based SEO: Shift strategies away from outdated keyword density toward building true topical authority and contextual completeness for our brand entity.
