We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization activities. You will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, driving quality traffic, and increasing conversions through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking

• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, mobile usability)

• Manage link-building and outreach campaigns

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO best practices

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends

• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

• Knowledge of content marketing and SEO copywriting

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and conversion optimization

• Basic knowledge of paid ads and digital marketing funnels
