SEO Executive

Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and modern strategies like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The candidate should also be confident in managing client communication and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic

• Perform On-Page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, keyword placement)

• Manage Technical SEO (site audits, page speed, indexing, crawl issues, schema)

• Handle Off-Page SEO (link building, outreach, citations)

• Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies for featured snippets and voice search

• Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for AI search platforms

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush

• Manage and communicate with clients regularly (reports, calls, strategy discussion)

• Lead and guide junior SEO team members

• Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO

• Understanding of AEO & GEO strategies

• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)

• Knowledge of Google updates and ranking factors

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure

• Strong communication and client-handling skills

• Team management and leadership ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment

• Knowledge of content marketing and CRO

• Familiarity with AI tools and SEO automation
