Senior Medical Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with dermatologists, gynecologists, trichologists, cosmetologists, hair specialists and relevant clinics.

• Educate doctors about Kera Bond's product formulations, ingredients, clinical positioning and applications.

• Identify opportunities to increase product recommendations and sales.

• Develop new clinic partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.

• Engage with medical professionals to understand their requirements and communicate product benefits.

• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain a network of relevant doctors and clinics within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Medical Representative or in a related medical sales role.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience or a relevant professional network involving dermatologists, gynecologists, trichologists, cosmetologists or hair specialists.

• Fluent in both Kannada and English.

• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

• Ability to explain product information and engage with medical professionals.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer relationships and business development.

• Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.

• Must be available to join within 30 days.

Salary and Incentive Structure

Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000, depending on the candidate and agreed compensation.

Travel Allowance: ₹250 per day.

Performance-Based Sales Incentives:

• Upon achieving monthly sales of ₹5 lakh or more, an additional incentive of ₹15,000 is provided over and above the fixed salary.

• An additional ₹5,000 incentive is provided for every ₹1 lakh in sales above ₹5 lakh.

• Incentives may be increased depending on the number of new doctors added as customers each month.

• The additional salary and sales incentives are applicable only when monthly sales reach or exceed ₹5 lakh.

Work Locations and Assigned Territories

The following Bangalore territories for the three MR openings. Each bracketed group represents a separate field area/territory for a different MR.

Territory 1

• JP Nagar

• Jayanagar

• Banashankari

Territory 2

• Marathahalli

• Whitefield

Territory 3

• Indiranagar

• Koramangala

• MG Road

Candidates should be comfortable conducting field visits and managing relationships with doctors and clinics within their assigned territory.
