Job Title: Sales Team Leader (Office-Based)
Location: Kamptee, Nagpur
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Female Sales Team Leader to manage the sales team, monitor daily performance, and ensure smooth office operations. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team.
Monitor daily team performance and target achievement.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
Coordinate with team members through telecommunication.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly managerial reports.
Assist in strategic planning to improve sales performance.
Train, motivate, and guide team members.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and the sales team.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) in any discipline.
Gender: Female candidates only.
Age: Above 20 years.
Experience in team handling is preferred.
Knowledge of MIS reporting.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
Ability to prepare managerial reports and support strategic planning.
