Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize conversions.

• Maintain customer records, sales pipelines, and CRM/MIS reports.

• Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Marketing & Social Media

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

• Create and schedule engaging content such as product highlights, company updates, client success stories, and industry insights.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, or agencies to develop marketing creatives, brochures, videos, and promotional materials.

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and generate leads.

• Monitor website and social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.

• Maintain consistency in the company's brand image across all marketing channels.

• Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
