Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and onboard construction projects from builders, developers, individual clients, and commercial customers.

• Utilize existing industry contacts and self-generated leads to acquire projects on an immediate basis.

• Conduct continuous lead generation through field visits, networking, references, and market research.

• Meet prospective clients, understand their construction requirements, and convert them into business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate consultants, architects, contractors, and channel partners.

• Ensure regular client follow-ups, site visits, and meetings to maximize project conversions.

• Achieve monthly business acquisition targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams for project discussions and handover.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales / marketing / lead generation

• Open to candidates from any industry with relevant field experience

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving licence

• Good geographical knowledge of Bhubaneswar and nearby areas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel locally for field work

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
