🎯 Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, highly proactive, good-personality senior marketing executive who understands industrial hardware markets. In this role, you will be the bridge between our manufacturing capabilities and our business buyers (telecom operators, system integrators, distributors, and enterprise B2B clients). You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, launching new product variants, and handling lead generation channels.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Product Marketing: Translate technical antenna specifications (such as frequency bands, dBi gains, radiation patterns, and VSWR ratings) into high-converting commercial catalogs, datasheets, and brochures.

• B2B Lead Generation: Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies using LinkedIn, email outreach, and global trade portals (e.g., IndiaMART, Alibaba) to find system integrators and distributors.

• Brand Strategy: Enhance our digital footprint through SEO and targeted content marketing focused on our specialty products.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in telecom infrastructure, 5G deployments, and IoT technologies to find new high-growth customer verticals.

• Client Relations: Collaborate closely with the sales team to feed high-quality leads into the pipeline and build relationships with major enterprise clients.

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, explicitly within technical manufacturing sectors.

• Digital Media Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing products on online industrial marketplaces, B2B listing sites, and professional networks like LinkedIn.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to correspond confidently with corporate buyers and technical decision-makers.
