PR Manager

Nishorama is looking for an Influencer & PR Manager to join our team in Malad West, Mumbai (Work from Office). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, celebrity/influencer outreach, brand collaborations and offline activations. The role involves identifying and approaching relevant fashion and lifestyle influencers; negotiating barter/gifting/paid collaborations; managing influencer campaigns and deliverables; maintaining creator relationships and databases; coordinating product seeding; assisting with media and PR outreach; managing events and brand activations; exploring brand partnerships; and tracking campaign performance. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills, with a good understanding of the Indian influencer ecosystem and the fashion/lifestyle industry. Freshers with strong influencer/PR internship experience and candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience may apply. Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, jewellery or D2C brands will be preferred. This is not an SEO, Google Ads, performance marketing or general digital marketing role. Working days are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a salary range of ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month depending on experience.
