Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities :

1. Calendar & Daily Coordination

Manage and maintain daily schedules, meetings, and appointments

Track basic whereabouts, travel plans, and daily priorities

Ensure timely reminders and smooth coordination of tasks

2. Shoot & On-Ground Support

Coordinate and assist during shoots as required

Ensure schedules, locations, and necessary arrangements are in place

Act as a point of contact during shoots for smooth execution

3. Social Media & Agency Coordination

Coordinate with the social media agency for content calendars and requirements

Share briefs, approvals, and timelines with the agency

Track deliverables and ensure timely submission as per agreed schedules

Follow up with the agency to ensure quality and consistency

4. Client & Operations Coordination

Coordinate directly with clients regarding requirements, timelines, and updates

Handle communication related to product listings, logistics, or operational needs

5. E-commerce & Warehouse Coordination

Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, and warehouse teams for order-related requirements

Visit warehouses when required to manage or oversee tasks

Ensure smooth flow of products and resolve basic operational issues

7. Order Packing & Dispatch Support

Assist in packing orders when required

Coordinate dispatches and ensure timely order fulfillment

Skills & Requirements :

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Comfortable with fieldwork, warehouse visits, and hands-on tasks

Basic understanding of social media workflows and e-commerce operations

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
