Online Marketing Executive

Job Overview :-

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Marketing Executive who can help promote our online skill-based courses. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and hands-on interest in email and call marketing.

The role involves connecting with potential students, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns for courses like AI, Translation, and Freelancing. Basic understanding of AI tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Perform email marketing (Basic sending emails, follow-ups)
• Handle call marketing (calling leads, explaining courses, converting inquiries)
• Generate and manage student leads
• Promote courses via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
• Respond to student queries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain proper follow-up and update lead status
• Work with the team to improve marketing and conversion strategies

Required Skills :-

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, Internet usage)
• Basic understanding of email marketing & calling process
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar tools)
• Ability to convince and communicate with students confidently
• Interest in sales & marketing activities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
