About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at VEDA ESTATE. The role focuses on online marketing for our real estate projects, including PPC advertising, SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and website management. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented and capable of driving quality leads and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for real estate lead generation

• Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• Handle social media marketing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Create and manage paid campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI

• Manage, update, and maintain company websites and landing pages (WordPress or similar platforms)

• Develop and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead tracking and performance feedback

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Marketing / IT / Business preferred)

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in Digital Marketing (Real estate experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Practical understanding of SEO techniques and tools

• Experience in lead generation campaigns

• Ability to manage websites (WordPress or similar CMS)

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
