Job Overview

We are seeking a professional Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, campaign management experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality leads and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

• Create and manage campaigns on Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Write high-performing ad copies and optimize landing pages.

• Track and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

• Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages.

• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective results.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

• Audience segmentation using interests, behavior, custom and lookalike audiences.

• Create effective ad creatives and copies.

• Optimize campaigns for better reach, conversions, and ROAS.

• Test multiple creatives, placements, and formats.

• Track performance metrics and maintain reports.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.

• Deep understanding of PPC, bidding models, and campaign optimization.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and UTM tracking.

• Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaign strategies.

• Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Basic understanding of remarketing, retargeting, and funnel strategies.

• Ability to analyze performance data and build dashboards.

• Basic understanding of SEO (optional but beneficial).

Creative Skills

• Ability to create effective ad copies.
