Meta & Google Ads Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should understand lead generation, e-commerce campaigns, ad targeting, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Manage campaigns focused on lead generation and e-commerce sales.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, and ROI.

• Conduct audience research and select the right targeting options.

• Perform basic keyword research for Google Search Ads.

• Write simple and effective ad copy, headlines, and CTAs.

• Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-quality ad creatives.

• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and conversion tracking.

• Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaigns to improve results.

• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Freshers with strong practical knowledge or proven skills can also apply.

• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Dashboard.

• Previous experience in Lead Generation and/or E-commerce Sales.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of campaign budgets, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.

Ad Account & Infrastructure Requirements

Meta:

• Verified Meta Business Manager.

• Facebook Page linked to the Business Manager.

• Instagram Business Account connected.

Google:

• Google Ads Manager/Account setup.

• Billing and payment settings configured.

Payment:

• Active credit/debit card or auto-debit payment method for both platforms.

Campaign Assets

• High-quality images in 1:1 and 4:5 formats.

• Vertical videos in 9:16 format.

• Clear and conversion-focused ad copy.

• Strong headlines and value propositions.

• Appropriate CTAs such as Get Quote, Apply Now, Sign Up, Shop Now, etc.

Lead Generation Setup

Meta Ads:

• Instant Lead Forms.

• WhatsApp messaging and automated lead workflows.

Google Ads:

• Conversion-optimized landing pages.

• Google Lead Form extensions/assets where applicable.

Targeting & Budget Management

• Define target location, age, demographics, interests, and audiences.

• Identify high-intent keywords for Google Ads.

• Set and manage daily or lifetime campaign budgets.

• Optimize budget allocation based on campaign performance.

Tracking & Compliance

• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel and Google Tag/Conversion Tracking.

• Understand basic Meta Conversions API implementation for website campaigns.

• Ensure a working Privacy Policy is available for lead-generation campaigns where required.

• Maintain proper tracking to measure leads, sales, and conversions.
