Job Responsibilities
Promote and detail dermatology, cosmetics, skincare, and hair-care products to Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, Trichologists, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and clinics.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular doctor calls and effectively communicate product benefits, composition, usage, and key differentiating features.
Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness and market penetration in the assigned territory.
Visit pharmacies, distributors, and stockiest to ensure product availability and generate orders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations, doctor meetings, promotional activities, and CME/clinic activities as required.
Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales reports, and customer records.
Coordinate with distributors and the internal sales team for timely order execution and product availability.
Follow company guidelines and ethical standards while promoting products.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of dermatology, skincare, hair care, and cosmetic products.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Qualification
Graduate in B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with a background in Pharmaceuticals, Dermatology, Cosmeceuticals, or Healthcare Sales will be preferred.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, derma, cosmeceutical, skincare, or hair-care sales.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
