Media Planning Executive

We are looking for a Media Planning Executive to join our team Khushi Advertising Ideas Pvt. Ltd. to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop integrated media strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, and market research.

  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate media channels (Mall, Cinema, Airports etc.).

  • Collaborate with account and creative teams to ensure alignment between media strategy and campaign messaging.

• Budget Management:

  • Develop media budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of spends across platforms.

  • Monitor and optimize media performance based on KPIs and campaign results.

  • Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors where required.

• Campaign Execution & Reporting:

  • Work with media buying teams and partners to execute plans accurately and on schedule.

  • Track media performance, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Present post-campaign analysis and learnings to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in media planning,

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint,

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
