Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through digital platforms by identifying and converting potential leads.

• Engage with customers via calls, emails, chats, and social media channels.

• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and promotions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Proven experience in sales (digital/tele-sales experience is an advantage).
