Position Overview:
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to take charge of our digital marketing campaigns and ensure strong lead generation results. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling paid ads, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing conversions across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.

• Track campaign metrics and analyze data through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.

• Implement retargeting and conversion strategies using Facebook Pixel.

• Oversee SEO initiatives (both on-page and off-page).

• Run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns through tools like Mailchimp or AiSensy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages for better lead performance.

• Prepare regular performance and ROI reports.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

• Proficient in ad management tools and campaign optimization.

• Good analytical and reporting abilities.

• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and conversion funnels.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate (any stream).

• Relevant certification in digital marketing is an advantage.
