Mobiliti World is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the company's entire marketing function end to end — from planning campaigns and running photo/video shoots, to editing the content, publishing it across social channels, running Meta ad campaigns and sales creative, executing WhatsApp and RCS campaigns, and keeping the website current. This is a single-owner role suited to someone who is equally comfortable directing a shoot, sitting on a timeline in an editing suite, and reading campaign numbers the next morning. You will coordinate vendors, freelancers and internal teams, and be accountable for how the brand looks and performs across every channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Coordination

Plan and execute the monthly and quarterly marketing calendar across all channels, aligned to product launches and business priorities.

Coordinate between sales, product, design and external vendors so campaigns ship on time and on brand.

Manage the marketing budget, vendor negotiations, timelines and deliverables; track spend against outcomes.

Report on performance — reach, engagement, leads, conversions and campaign ROI — and adjust plans based on what the data shows.

Production: Shoots & Editing

Plan and direct product, lifestyle and brand shoots — concept, shot list, location, props, models, crew and scheduling.

Handle on-set coordination and, where required, shoot directly (photo and video).

Edit video content for reels, ads, product films, testimonials and event recaps — cutting, colour, sound, subtitles, motion graphics.

Produce graphic and creative assets: social creatives, ad units, catalogues, banners, packaging support and print collateral.

Maintain a organised asset library and enforce consistent brand guidelines across every output.

Social Media & Content

Own the content calendar and day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other active channels.

Write copy, schedule posts, manage community engagement and respond to comments and DMs.

Track channel analytics and grow followers, engagement and inbound enquiries.

Plan and run paid social campaigns, including creative testing and audience targeting.

Sales Creative & Meta Ad Campaigns

Design sales-driving creative — offer creatives, price drops, festive and seasonal campaigns, product launch assets, dealer and distributor collateral, and pitch/sales-support decks.

Plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end to end: objectives, audience targeting, budgets, placements and bidding.

Build and test ad creative variants — static, carousel, reel and video — and run A/B tests on hooks, copy and formats.

Set up lead-generation campaigns and forms, and route leads to the sales team with proper tracking and follow-up loops.

Manage retargeting and custom/lookalike audiences using Pixel and CAPI event data.

Monitor CTR, CPL, CPC, ROAS and lead quality daily; optimise spend and report campaign performance to management and sales.

WhatsApp & RCS Marketing

Build and run WhatsApp Business campaigns — broadcast lists, segmentation, template approvals, automated flows and chatbot journeys.

Plan and execute RCS (Rich Communication Services) campaigns: rich cards, carousels, suggested replies and CTA-led messaging.

Manage contact databases, opt-ins and compliance with platform and data-protection rules.

Monitor delivery, open, click and conversion rates; optimise messaging, timing and creative accordingly.

Website Management

Manage and update the company website — content, product listings, landing pages, banners and blog.

Coordinate with developers on fixes, new pages and feature rollouts.

Handle on-page SEO, page speed, mobile experience and lead-form performance.

Track traffic and conversions through analytics tools and act on the findings.

REQUIREMENTS

Should know how to plan and handle shoots.

Should be able to edit videos and make graphics or creatives.

Should know how to run and manage social media pages.

Should be able to run Facebook and Instagram ads.

Should know WhatsApp and RCS marketing.

Should be able to update and manage a website.

Should be good at coordinating with people and getting work done on time.

Should be able to write clear captions and simple ad copy.

Should be organised and able to handle multiple things at once.

GOOD TO HAVE

Samples of past work — shoots, edits, creatives or campaigns.

Basic photography skills.

Some idea of influencer tie-ups and event marketing.
