Job Title: Marketing Manager – Electrical EPC (LT / HT / EHT Projects)

Location: Chennai

Industry: Electrical EPC / Electrical Contracting

About the Company

We are a growing Electrical EPC company specializing in LT, HT, and EHT works including substations, transmission lines, underground cabling, data center power infrastructure, and industrial/Residential/Commercial electrical projects. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for LT, HT, and EHT electrical projects

• Identify and generate leads from industrial, commercial, infrastructure, data center, and real estate sectors

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, PMC firms, developers, and corporate clients

• Track upcoming tenders/projects and coordinate with the estimation team for submissions

• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations

• Prepare capability statements, prequalification documents, and marketing materials

• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align proposals with client requirements

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks

• Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / MBA in Marketing preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in the Electrical EPC / Electrical Contracting industry

• Strong exposure to LT, HT, EHT systems, substations, and transmission projects

• Experience in handling corporate/industrial clients

• Good understanding of TNEB / utility procedures is an added advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
