Marketing Manager

Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns, primarily on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) with a minimum monthly spend of ₹5+ Lakhs.

Manage and scale paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and other marketing dashboards.

Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword strategy, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.

Develop and execute ROI-driven marketing strategies to maximize lead generation, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Identify and explore new performance marketing opportunities and channels to scale digital growth.

Track, measure, and report campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.

Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance.

Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
