Role Overview
We are looking for a field-oriented Marketing Executive who will focus on direct customer acquisition, institutional sales, and on-ground brand building. The role requires a proactive individual who can meet customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Sales & Customer Acquisition
Identify and approach individual customers, RWAs, offices, schools, clinics, and commercial establishments
Conduct product demonstrations and explain air quality benefits
Generate and convert leads through direct interaction and referrals
Build a strong pipeline of B2C and B2B clients
2. Institutional & Corporate Tie-ups
Develop partnerships with corporates, co-working spaces, hospitals, and educational institutions
Pitch customized air purification solutions
Negotiate and close bulk or long-term contracts
3. On-ground Marketing & Brand Building
Organize society activations, health camps, and awareness drives on air pollution
Participate in local exhibitions, trade fairs, and events
Build brand visibility through physical presence and networking
4. Channel Development Support
Identify and appoint local dealers/distributors where required
Support partners with product training and sales assistance
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Handle basic after-sales coordination and feedback collection
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain daily activity reports (meetings, demos, conversions)
Track sales targets, conversion ratios, and customer feedback
Key Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
2–5 years of experience in direct sales / field marketing / institutional sales
Experience in consumer durables, appliances, HVAC, or health-related products preferred
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills (Revised Focus)
Proven ability in face-to-face selling and closing deals
Strong network in corporates, RWAs, institutions, or local business communities
Experience in conducting product demos and solution-based selling
Ability to explain technical products in simple, customer-friendly language
Relationship-building and referral-driven sales approach
Basic understanding of air quality (AQI) and health impact (preferred)
(Note: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon/Flipkart is not required and not a focus area.)
