Marketing Manager

Overview

• We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Performance Marketer with proven experience in scaling D2C brands profitably. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns with a minimum ROAS benchmark of 4X, while driving consistent revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and scale Google Ads campaigns, including:

• Search

• Shopping (Standard & Smart)

• Performance Max (PMax)

• Display & Remarketing

• Drive and maintain a minimum 4X ROAS benchmark

Optimize campaigns to improve:

• Revenue growth

• Cost per Acquisition (CPA)

• Cost per Lead (CPL)

• Conversion Rate

• Average Order Value (AOV)

• Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently with strong cost control

• Align campaign objectives with sales and revenue targets

• Conduct keyword research, bid strategy optimization, and audience segmentation

• Perform continuous A/B testing and funnel optimization

• Ensure accurate tracking using Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking tools

• Present performance reports with clear insights and scaling strategies

Must-Have Experience

• Strong D2C performance marketing background

• Demonstrated ability to achieve 4X+ ROAS consistently

• Experience handling significant ad budgets ($100k+ preferred)

• Strong understanding of attribution models and performance scaling

• Data-first mindset with strong analytical ability
