Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with freight forwarding, warehousing, courier, or supply chain companies.

Salary Range

Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM with lead and client information.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure long-term business retention.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management review.
